November 25, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Free

Brandeis Biologist and environmental leader Eric Olson will discuss: “Can the Red Maple Forest Be Saved?,” and his demonstration project removing invasive glossy buckthorn from the park wetlands, to try to allow red maples to germinate and thrive again.  Friends of Cold Spring Park founder and President Alan Nogee will talk about the many faces of Cold Spring Park. He’ll discuss a little of the park’s history and problems, what we’ve accomplished in our first year, and plans for the future.
